The radio show was being performed at Plymouth's Theatre Royal this evening so the family went along as both my eldest son & myself are fans and have read & re-read the books many time. My youngest has watched the film and liked that so it was interesting to see how he felt about this 'performance' - all four of us enjoyed it immensely. Rory McGrath, was the voice of the 'Guide' and despite being a 'radio performance' was visually very entertaining with plenty going on, on stage. Great fun & I look forward to hear it again on-line at a later date.
I've created a gallery with results of some of the pictures from the first few weeks of using the Fujifilm X10. So far I don't think I've even scratched the surface of the functionality or capabilities of this compact camera. No it won't replace a DSLR, but it is a great pick-up and go camera. I'm going to look forward to trying some street photography with this and exploring it's low light capabilities in some of those National Trust properties we often visit.
